中化建國(guó)際 受招標(biāo)人委托對(duì)下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)，于2025-01-24在發(fā)布變更公告。

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):（1）資格要求
Requirements for Qualification of Bidder
A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；
如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；
A. The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造廠商（包括制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司）。
如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司，應(yīng)提供聲明，說(shuō)明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷(xiāo)售工作。
B. Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods (including companies responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group). If the Bidder is a company in charge of sales within the manufacturer's group, a statement should be provided indicating that the Bidder and the manufacturer belong to the same group and are responsible for the sale of the bid Goods.

特種設(shè)備證書(shū) ：《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》壓力容器制造D級(jí)及以上，且證書(shū)在有效期內(nèi)。
投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供證書(shū)原件掃描件（原件備查）。
Special Equipment License: “special equipment production license of the people's Republic of China” - Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Grade D and above Qualification Certificate, and the certificate shall be within the validity period. The scanned copy of the original certificate shall be provided during bidding (the original for reference).
（3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
2014年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在中國(guó)境內(nèi)至少具有2個(gè)合同的EO/EG裝置氧氣混合噴嘴供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且須滿足DN≥1600mm的同心圓噴霧式的技術(shù)要求。
如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the Bidder shall have at least 2 contracts for supply performance of oxygen mixing nozzle for EO/EG plant in China and must meet the technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm.If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of that manufacturer shall be provided.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件和2）到貨驗(yàn)收材料。
投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽字頁(yè)、制造商名稱(chēng)、裝置名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)（氧氣混合噴嘴）、DN≥1600mm的同心圓噴霧式的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗(yàn)收材料。
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽字頁(yè)、制造商名稱(chēng)、裝置名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)（氧氣混合噴嘴）、DN≥1600mm的同心圓噴霧式的技術(shù)要求，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of Goods(oxygen mixing nozzle), technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm and acceptance evidence of goods delivery.
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the Plant, name of goods (oxygen mixing nozzle) and technical requirement of concentric spray with DN≥1600mm, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
